Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions
Excluding our $50.00 booking administration fee. A refund with 14 or more days notice or if the booking can be filled will be given. With 7 to 13 days notice a refund of 50% and no refund with less than 7 days notice unless the booking can be filled. The Nature Lodge is booked for the agreed number of guests any extra person / beds used will be charged accordingly.
